At R&F Pawnbrokers, we value our customers and strive to provide quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.

 

14-Day Return Policy

 

You may return an item within 14 days of the date of purchase for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

 

Conditions for Return

• The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received.

• All original packaging, tags, accessories, certificates, and documentation must be included.

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use will not be eligible for return.

• Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Please note that certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
