Welcome to R&F Pawnbrokers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.randfpawn.com and any services provided in-store or online. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Use of Website and Services

 

By using our website or in-store services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including those relating to pawn transactions, firearms, and consumer protection.

2. Services Offered

 

      a. Pawn Loans

We offer collateral-based loans in accordance with Arkansas Code § 17-56-201 et seq. (Arkansas Pawnbroker Act). All pawn customers must:

  • Be 18 or older.

  • Present a valid government-issued photo ID.

  • Agree to loan terms including interest, fees, and timeframes per state law.

Items not redeemed by the loan maturity date may be forfeited. We reserve the right to report certain transactions to law enforcement as required under Arkansas law.

 

b. In-Store and Online Sales

Items sold are typically pre-owned and sold “as-is.” We make every effort to accurately describe items, but we do not guarantee condition beyond what is stated. Sales are subject to our Return Policy.

 

c. Gold and Precious Metal Valuations

We buy and value gold and other precious metals in compliance with Arkansas regulations. Valuations are non-binding until the transaction is complete.

 

d. Firearm Services

 

We are a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder and fully comply with ATF regulations and Arkansas firearm laws. Customers purchasing or pawning firearms must:

  • Be 21 or older (for handguns) or 18+ (for long guns).

  • Pass a federal background check (NICS).

  • Comply with all federal and state waiting periods and restrictions.

We reserve the right to deny any firearm transaction at our discretion. No firearm sales will be made to prohibited persons.

 

e. Jewelry Repair

 

All repair work is performed on a best-effort basis. While we take care to protect your valuables, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or deterioration. A signed estimate and authorization are required before work begins.

 

3. Return Policy

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Return Policy, which requires items to be in the same condition as received. Some items, including final sale goods or customized repairs, may not be eligible.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

 

R&F Pawnbrokers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website. All services and items are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

5. Privacy and Recordkeeping

We comply with Arkansas privacy laws and applicable federal guidelines concerning customer data and pawn transactions. Identification and transaction records are retained and may be reported to local law enforcement as required by state law.

All firearms transactions are documented in compliance with ATF Form 4473, NICS checks, and bound book requirements.

 

6. Third-Party Links

 

We may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

 

7. Modifications to Terms

 

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes must be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Faulkner County, Arkansas.

Legal Disclaimers:

  • Firearm sales are subject to federal and Arkansas state laws. We do not ship firearms to states with restrictions or accept transfers to prohibited persons.

  • Loan transactions are subject to Arkansas Pawnshop Act regulations. Copies of all agreements are available upon request.
